Easy Pizza Sauce

Since we made homemade pizza dough last time, it only makes sense to make fresh tomato sauce to go on top. Since I've started cooking more, I've felt more and more guilty about using instant ingredients with my freshly made food. I figure if I'm going to put that much effort into creating something from scratch, it's a tragedy to toss in something made in a factory.

This tomato sauce is pretty quick and very nice for pizza or calzone.

Pizza Dough

Today we'll make pizza dough.  Pizza is one of the easiest foods to make, but most people still buy it from a store or buy ready made crusts.  You can make the dough for this pizza in a few minutes, and use it after about an hour.

Beef Bourguignon

Beef Bourguignon (or Beef Burgandy) is a simple stew that is cooked with wine.
I tried this recipe (based on Gordon Ramsay's) because I had found some pretty cheap beef which would require a long cooking time in order to become tender.  I changed a few of the ingredients to more accessible ones (I have no idea where to find Goose Fat in Tokyo).  Because this dish uses bacon while cooking, it helps keep the beef from drying out and the end results are extremely tender and juicy.
